Deresina Headwear is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. Deresina Headwear team respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you - e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where we have your express permission to do so. We do not store your credit card details anywhere on our website online or offline.

We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party.

Communication & Marketing
If you have made a purchase from us we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via e-mail, post & telephone. All our customers have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us. If you do not wish to continue to receive marketing from us you should opt-out by visiting our feedback page and letting us know.

Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with Deresina Headwear, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Deresina Headwear retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

(a) Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Because we realise that sometimes orders are sent as a gift, we do include any documents that would reflect the price only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

(b) Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

(c) Payment
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. Orders placed over the phone will be completed via our website and details will not be shared anywhere.

(d) Discount Codes

(i) Account discount codes - Discount codes may from time to time be offered; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered.

(ii) Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.
The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

(e) Delivery
We aim to send out your product within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please notify us of any claim or issues with non-delivery via email . We use Royal Mail, Second Class. Of course Deresina Headwear cannot be held responsible for any issues with the postal service, including industrial action. Royal Mail aims to fulfil delivery times of 1-5 days for the UK, 2-5 days for Mainland Europe and 3-14 days elsewhere in the world. Should you require guaranteed next day delivery or express services, please contact us for details and the prevailing Royal Mail rate will be charged. This includes possible strike action and lost items. No claims for lost items can be made prior to 15 days from the date of sending.

(f) Returns
In the event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can choose to exchange for either an alternative item or receive a refund less the cost of shipping and gift boxes.  Goods need to be returned within 30 days from receipt and should include a completed returns note. A returns note will be emailed to you on request.

Please ensure that returned goods are in perfect condition as we cannot accept products back which have been used. They need to be returned in their original polythene bag. Items contaminated with perfume, makeup or cigarette smoke will not be accepted for refund, credit or exchange.

We will not be held responsible for items lost in the post when being returned. We advise that you request proof of postage at your post office as claims can not be processed without this.  Buyers are responsible for any returns postage cost.

Should you select a more expensive item for the exchange, please include a cheque for the difference.

Once a refund has been processed you will receive an email to notify you. Depending on your chosen for of payment funds should reach you within 5 to 15 working days.
