Return Process:

In the event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can choose to exchange for either an alternative item or receive a refund less the cost of shipping. Please email address for return address and please send items back to following address within 30 days of the receipt. Please ensure you include your Order ID along with the items so we can track your order to process the refund. 

Please ensure that returned goods are in perfect condition as we cannot accept products back which have been used. They need to be returned in their original bag. Items contaminated with perfume, makeup or cigarette smoke will not be accepted for refund, credit or exchange.
